Private & Duet Classes

We offer Private (1 person)
& Duet (2 people)

Although all Classes provide personalized attention to clients the Private & Duet Pilates Classes will teach
basics of Pilates (for Beginners) Or if a Client is Advanced, Training for a Specific Sport or for Rehabilitation Purposes, more focus is dedicated to their specific needs.

Exercises are performed on both the Equipment
& the Mat.

We follow the BASI method which provides you with a full body workout, attention to detail & personalized workouts for each individual’s needs.

 

Duration: 45 minutes or 60 minutes

Reformer & Equipment Classes
In Studio

Equipment classes are a series of Pilates exercises performed on Pilates Equipment using a springs mechanism to create resistance giving you a full body workout.
Exercises are performed on both the Equipment & the Mat challenging your Stability, Core Strength & Body Awareness.

We follow the BASI method which provides you with a full body workout, attention to detail & personalized workouts for each individual’s needs.

Duration: 60 minutes

Mat Classes
In Studio & Online

Mat classes are a series of Pilates Repertoire performed on the Mat using body weight and strength, taking you through a sequence focusing on the entire body.
Some classes utilize auxiliary mat equipment to enhance the resistance & assist the workout.
We often enhance our practice with the use of props such as magic circles, foam rollers, therabands, loops, discs and poles to name a few.

We follow the BASI method which provides you with a full body workout, attention to detail & personalized workouts for each individual’s needs.

Yoga Classes
In Studio & Online

Yoga is a comprehensive practice that originated in ancient India and encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. 

The practice of yoga includes a variety of techniques:

  • Asana: Physical postures designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
  • Pranayama: Breathing exercises to control the flow of prana, or vital life force.
  • Meditation: Techniques to calm the mind and achieve a state of inner peace.

Moms and Babes
Kids Pilates

Our parent-and-child Pilates classes bring the creative, fun flow of the Pilates repertoire to life, helping you and your little one build core strength, improve posture, and develop body awareness together.

Expect imaginative exercises, engaging movement, and plenty of laughs as moms or dads connect with their child in a lively, entertaining environment.

Pregnancy
(Pre, During, Post)

Our pre, during, and post-pregnancy classes offer a tailored, mindful exercise approach designed to keep mom and baby
healthy, strong, and active.

From gentle, supportive movement during pregnancy to focused recovery after birth, each session nurtures strength, stability, and overall wellbeing, helping you move with confidence
every step of the journey. 

We recommend starting your Pilates journey prior to 
pregnancy to allow for a stronger mind and body to support you throughout your pregnancy.

Mature Client

Our sessions for the mature client focus on gentle, mindful movement to support mobility, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

Our rehabilitation sessions are designed for both everyday injuries and sports-related recovery, using controlled movement, targeted muscle activation, and mindful breathing to restore strength, mobility, and balance.
