 Beginner – New to Pilates 
(Private sessions required before starting classes)
Prerequisite: Complete Min 4 private sessions before
joining group classes

 * Learn foundational Pilates movements and principles

Beginner – Foundations
Prerequisite: At least 3 months of Pilates experience

* Refine your understanding of Pilates principles and movements

 Beginner/Intermediate
Prerequisite: 6 – 8 months of regular Pilates practice
* Challenge yourself with more advanced exercises and variations 
Intermediate
Prerequisite: 1-2 years of regular Pilates practice
* Refine & deepen your understanding of Pilates
principles & movements
 Intermediate/Advanced
Prerequisite: 2-3 years of consistent Pilates practice
* Achieve a high level of precision, control, &
mastery in your practice
