How do I get Started

If you are new to Pilates, we recommend to schedule a few private sessions to introduce you the concepts of the Pilates method (such as proper recruitment of the abdominal muscles) and teach you fundamental exercises before joining Mat and Equipment classes Prior to attending your first session, please arrive a few minutes early to complete a waiver and client form. What should I wear

Comfortable Athletic wear should be worn. Pilates is generally practised in bare feet, but socks are acceptable.  Please avoid pants with zippers and buttons so we may protect the upholstery on the equipment.

What should I bring

A SMILE , towel and water bottle, pilates socks

Please make sure the following are in order prior to arriving at studio.

1. Google form to filled out everytime before coming to studio, I have hard copies in studio if you forget

2. Covid indemnity signed once off

3. If you are a new client please fill In registration form

* Temperatures will be taken on arrival
* Masks are compulsory,
* Please bring your own towel, theraband, pillow, water bottle and Pilates socks with.
(I have Pilates socks, therabands available for sale as well)
