In order to Maintain the 10 Principles of Pilates & Ensure a PEACEFUL & ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE is created when joining the studio, below are a few GUIDELINES to assist you before entering the studio.

Terms & Conditions for Classes 😊

    • PAYMENTS

      Payments are made in advance to book monthly sessions and reserve your slot per week

      • PAYMENT OPTIONS
        Pay 2 months in advance
        or
        Monthly DEBIT ORDER (paid 28th of every month)
      • NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee R250 (all proceeds go to An Animal Shelter)
      • No refunds on classes missed
      • 4 % discount for cash payments for monthly contract rates will apply not for drop in rate 

    • NOTICE

       

      • 24 hours notice required to reschedule class 
      • Classes cancelled on the day can be made up in an online Mat class within the same month
      • 1 month notice required to cancel sessions
        (Notice of withdrawal May NOT be given in November for December)
    • RESCHEDULING OF CLASSES

      • Missed classes must be made up within the same month of missing them (either before or after you go away)
        otherwise clients forfeit their session.
      • Private clients may arrange separate times to makeup sessions.
      • Duets & Classes need to be made up when slots are available in other classes offered by your trainer not by arranging separate time
    • TRAVEL SUGGESTIONS

      • If you travel often we suggest you commit to one permanent slot a month in order to be able to make up the session before or when you come back
      • If you are not traveling and would like to increase the amount of sessions during that particular month. You may join classes at a pro-rata rate if there is availability in the specific class you would like to attend.  

How do I get Started 😊

If you are new to Pilates, we recommend to schedule a few private sessions to introduce you the concepts of the Pilates method (such as proper recruitment of the abdominal muscles) and teach you fundamental exercises before joining Mat and Equipment classes Prior to attending your first session.

What should I wear 😊

Comfortable Athletic wear should be worn. Pilates is barefoot & socks are required.  Please avoid pants with zippers and buttons so we may protect the upholstery on the equipment.

What should I bring 😊

A SMILE 🙂
Towel, Water Bottle, Pilates Socks, Theraband, Ensure Hair is back neatly, Phones on Silent
(I have Pilates Socks & Therabands available for sale as well)

Studio Protocols 

Please make sure the following are in order prior to arriving at studio.

  • NO SHOES ALLOWED IN STUDIO

    Please leave shoes outside in lockers provided & apply socks on before entering 
  • SANTISE BEFORE & AFTER YOUR SESSION

    Please wash hands outside or use sanitizer before entering 
  • WAITING AREA OUTSIDE PRIOR TO CLASSES
     
    Please wait outside your session until the other clients have left the studio 
     
  • MASKS – CLIENTS OWN DISCRETION
     
    Please be mindful of others if you are even slightly sick and wear a mask or reschedule your session
